Slow Business Retreat

September 25-29, 2024

An embodied and mindful retreat for founders & small business owners

The Rest Coop Headers.png

As a founder and small business owner, your everyday reality is likely some mix of a jam-packed schedule, frustrating decision fatigue, and mountains of internal and external pressure that keep you feeling like you’re operating on a hamster wheel.

But what if it was really possible to step off that cycle for an extended pause and period of recalibration?

That’s precisely why we created the Slow Business Retreat.

We’ve seen it time and time again where founders lose sight of their purpose because, at some point, all the “doing” got in the way. This does not mean that you are flawed or that you can’t find it again. It’s just that trying to carve out moments amidst the chaos of everyday life makes it near impossible — a perpetual push to the backburner.

During our 5 days together, we’ll blend gentle movement, meditation, spiritual guidance, business coaching, mindful marketing coaching, and ample unstructured time for you to come in with an idea or question and leave with a reinvigorated action plan.

And if your intention for this retreat is to merely reconnect to yourself and allow your nervous system to reset from the constant barrage of dings, pings, and notifications — we wholeheartedly welcome that!

We believe that sustained progress happens when we allow ourselves to fully embrace those sacred pauses that reconnect us to our deepest, truest selves.

We know that you are here to make an impact on this world.

But that impact cannot be wholly realized if you are not well-resourced.

Join us at the Slow Business Retreat for a much-needed respite that is designed to support your expansion in a way and at a pace that works for you.

What happens after the retreat?

We know (we’ve been there!) that after an expansive experience like a retreat — there is a natural contraction that often comes after. To support anyone who already knows they’ll want to take home some of the retreat magic to keep the momentum going, Elizabeth and Maggie are teaming up to offer a 6-month post-retreat integration coaching package.

  • Each month you will get one 60-minute 1:1 call with Elizabeth and Maggie (2 monthly calls total, one with each of them)

  • Booklet of resources that will help you to remember to stay grounded as you are growing your business

  • E-mail support in between calls

Maggie and Elizabeth both understand the importance of continual support to reach your next business goal or to overcome a big hurdle.

Let us know at any point, and we’ll send you more info.
