Mindful Moments: Intention Setting

The start of every year is full of hopeful new beginnings, and yet we often fall victim to our lives taking control over what we really want. In this session, I will guide us on how to set meaningful intentions to last the entire year, how to create quarterly plans with mini check-ins, and establish your intention of the year.

We'll begin with some seated yoga led by my co-founder Mandy Millican, and then we'll hop right into it. Join us for an evening of meaningful discussion and connection.
